To become a member, simply complete your first video project with us. Once you've done that, you're automatically part of our VIP club. Being a member means you get discounts on future videos, priority scheduling, and access to cool stuff like special events and new features. Plus, you'll stay in the loop with our email updates. Member benefits the benefits for members are 5% off every future production, automatic email subscription, your preferred Name on the VIP list, priority scheduling for projects and referral bonus.
Referring a Friend. When your friend finishes their first video project with Avep and states that you referred them, you get a 25% of your next production bonus. It's our way of saying thanks for spreading the word about our services. Start referring today and reap the rewards!
VIP name list. You will receive an email asking what preferred name you would like to see on our board of VIPs, this could be a business or company name. please note, that the name will be evaluated and names that are deemed in appropriate or unfit will not be considered.
Video Service Terms
1. *Content Ownership*: You own the content you provide for video editing, but we reserve the right to use it for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. *Use of Licensed Material*: Ensure that any licensed or copyrighted material provided to us for use in your video complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
4. *Revisions*: We offer a limited number of 2 overall revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. *Delivery Time*: We strive to deliver your completed video within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays
6. *Payment*: Payment is required upfront or as per the agreed payment terms. Failure to pay may result in delays or cancellation of services.
7. *Usage Rights*: By using our services, you grant us the right to showcase the completed video in our portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.
8. *Confidentiality*: We respect your privacy and will not share your content or personal information with third parties without your consent.
9. *Refunds*: Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to certain conditions, such as dissatisfaction with the final product or failure to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
10. *Termination*: We reserve the right to terminate services if there is a breach of these terms and conditions or if the project becomes unfeasible for any reason, in this case there is no termination fee, but there is a charge for any business expenses, invested time, ect.
Avep-Productions is not responsible from any claims or liabilities arising from the content provided by the client or any third-party materials used in the video.

Videos and Video Portfolio
Once a client has paid for and received their video, they hold all rights to it, unless otherwise agreed upon. However, we reserve the right to showcase the video in our portfolio on our website, unless stated otherwise in the agreement. This portfolio serves as the sole platform for displaying client videos. Additionally, clients are not permitted to use videos from our portfolio for any other purposes. This ensures the integrity of our work and protects the interests of both our clients and our company.

Our contact form is open to all inquiries regarding our video services. Feel free to reach out to us anytime with questions about our products or if you're considering getting a video made. However, please refrain from contacting us for matters unrelated to our services, such as spam, solicitation, or unrelated business proposals. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient and focused communication channel for our clients and potential customers.
